Everything was good, attentive staff, STUNNING views over the lake. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a balcony and a huge window. The location was amazing, just 5 min walk from Dreams Casino. There was a lovely restaurant within a close distance from the hotel. I had a good stay in a long time.

Clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, location was unbeatable on the shore of Lake Llanquihue. Dinner and breakfast food was good! Had great-sized and airy room complete with fantastic views and nice view and a jacuzzi. Location: the venue was just next door to the town centre as well as the foothills of the Andes.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Yunge House. We got a room with a bath.

We had an amazing experience staying at this venue. The location on the edge of the lake was absolutely stunning. We loved being able to wake up to the breathtaking views every morning. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

The employees are not so nice, specially in therestaurant. They offer a lunch for 9500 pesos, but the food was running out.

I had an excellent stay at a lovely hotel with a stunning lake view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good assortment of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very well located, rooms with a beautiful view to the Osorno vulcan.

Shower was not as hot as wish for a cold place like Puerto Varas.

The location (is close to all the points of interest in Santiago and the neighborhood Bella Vista).

Is quite noisy. If you have difficult to sleep this can be a problem. The room itself and the bathroom are small but we stayed for 3 nights and it was ok.

This hotel offers a great value for money with its spacious rooms and stunning views of the volcano. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making your stay a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, right in the center of town and by the lake, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good assortment of healthy options and fresh fruit.

This hotel offers a prime location, right on the edge of the lake with stunning views of the snow-capped Mt Orsorno volcano. It is also close to the beach and within walking distance to lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is excellent. the breakfast is fantastic with great quality and variety.

The bathroom facilities could use some modernizing, particularly the shower pressure could be improved.
